The Board includes:
Maciej Hapke (40), Dr Eng., President of the Board. Since 1991 an employee of Institute of Computer Science at Poznan University of Technology. Leader of research&development project refinanced from EU funds, creator of research&implementation projects. Specialist on intelligent systems of decision support, optimization and project management methodology. Author of several tens of articles in international and national magazines. Author of presentations at several tens of international and national conferences.
He is a music fan - from classical, through rock & roll and jazz to gospel and folk. He plays acoustic guitar and piano. He is also a passionate yachtsman and yachting instructor. He spends his leisure time with wife and six children, sharing their passions.
Andrzej Jaszkiewicz (39), Dr hab. Eng., Vicepresident of the Board, responsible for product development. Since 1990 an employee of Institute of Computer Science at Poznan University of Technology. Specialist on software engineering, programming technologies, quantity methods in management, decision support and optimization. Author of several tens of articles in international and national magazines. Leader and creator of several research projects refinanced from EU and national funds. Leader and creator of several research&implementation projects. Great advocate of Internet technologies. In November 2004, trying to reach one of small towns near Poznan, he was hit by an idea of NaviExpert. He claims he had not known anything about traditional navigation solutions then, so "he could have created something better".
He loves skiing and divides each year into two weeks in Alps (+ 2-3 weekends in Polish mountains) and... the rest. He spends his leisure time with wife, two children and a disobedient Dalmatian.
Paweł Kozłowski (35). Since May 2007 he is the Board member responsible for sales and marketing and for cooperation with mobile phone and accessory manufacturers, such as Motorola, Nokia. Before his employment at NaviExpert, for 13 years he had been gaining experience in telecommunication and IT branch, going through all levels of professional career - from a sales representative to sales director in renowned companies: UNI-Net, Pro Futuro, Fincom, Mobile-Zone.
He spends his leisure time with family (wife and two daughters) and a dog - a brown Labrador. His hobby is biking and long distance runs, more than 10 km. He is a passionate iberofile and great fan of Catalan and Spanish cuisine.

Piotr Kłodnicki - President of Supervisory Board
In 1995 he graduated the Management and Computer Science Faculty at Academy of Economics in Wrocław. He was educated in financial management and controlling at ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). He graduated many faculties and specialization courses in Poland and abroad.
He worked for IT and telecommunications branch companies, from 1996 to 2003 for UPC Polska as a Project Manager, Financial Controller and Financial Manager. He is experienced in investment project management, budgeting, operational and strategic controlling and auditing. He currently works for MCI Management SA fund as a Investment Director.
Ryszard Ptasiński - Member of Supervisory Board
Graduate of Law and Administration Faculty at Wrocław University. In 1981 he passed a judge examination and in 1982 a legal advisor examination. Since 1984 he has been a legal advisor, and since 1991 - joint owner of M. Brachmański & R. Ptasiński Lawyer's Office. In 1988-1990 he finished courses for Members of Supervisory Boards of Companies owned by the National Treasury and National Investment Funds. He specializes in trade law and investments.
Rafał Łożynski - Member of Supervisory Board
He graduated Telecommunication and Computer Science Faculty at Poznan University of Technology as well as MBA Atlanta at Poznan Academy of Economics. Since 1990 he has been running "Varico. Na wszystko mamy program" company, which is the software and IT solution manufacturer for small and medium companies. The company was awarded with "Wielkopolska Nagroda Jakości 2005", "Złoty Laur Quality International 2007" and in 2000 it was given the ISO 9001 certificate.
He plays amateur volleyball, tennis, skating and yachting. He loves traveling and Mediterranean cuisine. He travels and cooks with his wife and daughter. He also likes to walk with his dog, which wants to go out in any weather.
