About the company

NaviExpert sp. z o.o. was founded by three graduates of Poznań University of Technology. Two of them, Andrzej Jaszkiewicz (currently vice-president for software development) and Maciej Hapke (president) are long-term employees of Institute of Computer Science at this University. The third founder, Rafał Łożyński (member of the board) for several years has been the owner of IT company Varico.

In 2007 the company obtained an investor of Venture Capital type, i.e. MCI Management S.A, quoted on securities exchange. MCI Management by agency of MCI.TechVentures fund is the owner of 60.03% of shares in the company.
