From the beginning of its operation the company offers NE system with accompanying applications and devices.

The company started its operation in mid 2005.

In 2006 NE obtained and investor - MCI Management SA fund. The aim of MCI investment is supporting the company in striving at reaching the position of national leader in the sector of online navigation solutions, which shall take place within 2 years.

MCI investment provides financing the company in the amount of 2,000,000 PLN. Individual stages of the investment are executed in 2006-2009.

• The first round of financing in the amount of 450,000 is executed presently and means taking over by MCI of 47.37% of shares in company’s share capital.
• The second round in the amount of 550.000 PLN will be executed at the end of 2007 and will result in taking over another pool of company shares in the amount, which is to be specified on the basis of company index valuation as of 31.12.2007.
• The third investment round will be executed according to demands of the company after 2008.

Financial assets of MCI will be assigned to marketing and sales actions, product development and creating new added services, as well as to development of team and organisation support. Conditions of investment agreement provide preferential conditions of investment exit for MCI.
