Partnership Program regulations for NaviExpert system Users

1. Partnership Points (PPs) are available for all registered NaviExpert Users.

2. NaviExpert system Users can receive PPs connected with individual User's ID and the PPs cannot be transferred to any third parties.

3. The User may replace earned PPs with a rebate during purchase of on-line service pack through the www.naviexpert.pl website or at the NaviExpert sp. z o.o. dealer. 1 PP can be replaced with 1 PLN of rebate. The final purchase price cannot be lower than minimal price of 1 PLN. Moreover, particular packs may have defined prices higher than 1 PLN.

4. The Users can earn PPs by purchasing service packs in NaviExpert system. The number of earned PPs depends on type of purchased pack and is shown in on-line shop pricelist on www.naviexpert.pl website. In case of purchase with use of service code, the purchase time is the moment of entering the code in NaviExpert system. NaviExpert sp. z o.o. Company has right to change the number of PPs required to purchase particular service packs without prior notice.

5. The Users can also earn PPs by recommending purchase of service packs in NaviExpert system to new users (purchase with recommendation). In such case the new User must enter ID of the User who recommended the purchase. In case of purchase with recommendation both Users may earn additional PPs. Only Users with at least 20 PPs can recommend purchase of services in NaviExpert system. Purchase with recommendation is possible only through www.naviexpert.pl website. Number of earned points depends on type of purchased services and is specified in the on-line shop pricelist on www.naviexpert.pl. NaviExpert sp. z o.o. Company has right to change the number of PPs required to purchase particular service packs without prior notice.

6. PPs lose validity after 2 months from the date of latest point pool modification. PPs validity period is automatically extended by the time of User's active subscription. For example, activating a 1-year subscription extends the point validity period by 1 year.

7. NaviExpert sp. z o.o. Company has right to introduce new methods of earning and spending PPs without prior notice.
